Women Lead Story - Olivia Parker

Olivia Parker is a South Australian Lacrosse athlete and marketing manager at Serafina. 

Awarded best female Lacrosse athlete in Australia in 2021 and multiple League and Club MVP awards, nothing is stopping this young Aussie to keep pushing for more victories!


In 2014 Olivia began her fitness journey at The West Movement as a certified personal trainer, commencing her work there in 2016. She continued her work as a personal trainer at the Flex Rehabilitation Clinic from 2015 to 2019, whilst also managing their social media. She began her studies at the University of South Australia, completing a degree of Marketing and Communication in 2019. From there, Olivia delved into the marketing and PR sector, working with several companies in South Australia whilst studying full-time. For 2 and a half years Olivia has been up and running with the activewear business, ‘Ryderwear’; saying goodbye in January 2022. In March this year Olivia joined Miss Universe Australia as a 2023 finalist, further adding to her resume.


Olivia shares her career successes and special moments in life with her followers on her Instagram page (@oliviaaparkerr). She continues to promote several Adelaide-based clothing brands on her page and is frequently featured in branded posts. Her fitness content is commonly showcased on the PEAQ Performance Centre’s Instagram page. Along with these brand collaborations, Olivia has modelled for countless Aussie brands. In 2019 she signed with an Australian talent agency, ‘‘The Models’. This signing opened up many doors and opportunities for growth outside of Adelaide. Olivia modelled for The Little Boutique, Serafina Boutique, Shannon Blyth Clothing and Zoe Campbell Photography, just to name a few. 


Olivia has been a recent advocate for Ryderwear’s ‘PUSHH’ app, promoting the launch at Plant 4 Bowden in 2020. Olivia’s success reaches significant heights in the athletic world. Her passion for lacrosse started at the Woodville Lacrosse Club and led her to a position in the Women’s World Championships. Having experience at international and state level, Olivia is a driven and confident athlete. In 2021, Olivia won the Shelley Maher Trophy at the Woodville Lacrosse Club. Last month Olivia competed in the Lacrosse World Cup in Alabama, proudly representing the land down under! Olivia and her teammates bought home bronze and some unforgettable memories. 


Olivia’s willingness to challenge herself and those around her inspires many young women. Her positive aura and persistence showcases some strong Aussie spirit!
