You will receive a copy of this document approximately 5 business days before the month is to commence and you are welcome to provide comments, edits or changes. We won’t post unless this content has been approved.

Professional Photography

We believe that a strong social media strategy uses both professional and raw content. We work with a variety of photographers to achieve the desired look and feel. Depending on your package these shoots are undertaken every 3-6 months and are inclusive.

Content Collection

As well as professional photography, we also collect ‘raw’ content in-house. This content is usually used for Reels, TikToks, Stories and video content. Occasionally it is also used for carousel and still posts. For a service based organisation it is more likely that we will come out to your location and film you/your team on site, to showcase you, your WHY and purpose through your socials channels. Whereas if you are a product based business we focus more on UGC (User Generated Content) with a sprinkle of on site visits.

Monitoring and Engagement

We are a part of YOUR team! Throughout the month we not only post, but continue to monitor, comment and engage on your social channels. Don’t worry, we will bring specific comments and questions to your attention if we can't respond, so no one will go unanswered.

Analytics

At the end of each month we will track your analytics to monitor how your social media channels are performing. We use these statistics to influence the next month's content. We believe in continual improvement and striving for the best possible outcomes for all clients and their brands.
